Lettura Veloce - ESERCIZI

Se sei qui è perchè hai appena finito la prima lezione di lettura rapida. Se ti sei sentito stanco non ti preoccupare, è normale le prime volte. Stai uscendo dalla tua zona di comfort imparando a fare qualcosa a cui non sei abituato: sentire del disagio o della stanchezza è sintomo che stai lavorando bene e che il tuo cervello sta realmente apprendendo qualcosa di nuovo, a cui sta cercando di abituarsi portando la lettura rapida dentro alla tua zona di comfort.
Per aiutare il tuo cervello a completare il processo ti consigliamo vivamente di fare questi esercizi, che cambieranno dopo ogni lezione di lettura veloce.

Cominciamo col riassumere brevemente alcuni esercizi che hai svolto durante la prima lezione:

Velocità:

  • punti di fissità a ritmo di metronomo, andata e ritorno per un minimo di 3 volte;
  • quando sei seduto muovi gli occhi velocemente da un parte all’altra della stanza.

Campo visivo:

  • puntolone: fissa un punto in mezzo ad un foglio bianco per circa 20 minuti (possibilmente con musica di sottofondo);
  • mentre passeggi, guarda un punto fisso davanti a te e percepisci ciò che ti sta intorno;
  • esercizio dei pollici.

Velocità di percezione:

  • ti siedi ad occhi chiusi e li apri solo quando fai passare davanti a te degli oggetti: velocissimo!

Passiamo ora agli esercizi per casa:

  • puntolone 20min/giorno
  • punti di fissità 5min/giorno
  • aumento della velocità di percezione con l’esercizio delle “colonne” 5min/giorno
  • 100 pagine di un libro che non ti interessa con 3 punti di fissità: mi raccomando…non capire nulla di ciò che leggi!
